MCALLEN, Texas - Hidalgo County Judge Richard Cortez recently held his 2025 State of the County Address at the McAllen Convention Center.
Judge Cortez spoke on a range of issues, including county finances, the new county courthouse, the Prosperity Task Force, and RioPlex.
Hidalgo County's four county commissioners also spoke via video messages. Other elected officials and VIPs also participated via video messages.
