EDINBURG, Texas - The aim of Hidalgo County Community Service Agency is to improve the quality of life and promote the self-sufficiency of low income and vulnerable households in the county.
The group does this by providing what it believes are effective, efficient, and comprehensive services through partnerships and direct funding.
The group recently held its annual Access to Success Gala.
“The Access to Success program empowers participants to pursue higher education opportunities — from professional certifications to bachelor’s degrees — helping them secure stable and fulfilling careers,” the group states.
