SAN JUAN, Texas – Brian Godinez, principal and chief marketing officer at ERO Architects, has announced plans to transform downtown San Juan.

Godinez gave his presentation at a Rio Grande Valley Partnership Investment & Commercialization Tour event held recently at San Juan City Hall.
