PHARR, TEXAS – A new collaboration between two fresh producer companies, Delta Fresh and Kaliroy Fresh, is going to result in one million square feet of additional warehouse space in south Pharr.
The two companies, both based in Arizona, are developing the multi-million dollar Dekal Industrial Park in south Pharr.
In an exclusive video interview with the Rio Grande Guardian International News Service, William Millan, project manager for the new industrial park, was joined by Victor Perez, executive director of Pharr Economic Development Corporation. Pharr EDC facilitated the project.
In the video, Perez also lists some of the other big projects his organization has brought to Pharr in recent months.
