MCALLEN, Texas - Carol Warkoczewski, founder of The Institute for Leadership in Capital Projects, kicked off the recent “Building the Valley–Uniting for RGV Regional Growth” colloquium.
It was I-LinCP’s inaugural program in the Rio Grande Valley and explored the opportunities the region offers for AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction) and allied professionals.
It also highlighted the significance of organizations like the RGV Partnership and UT-Rio Grande Valley in shaping the region’s future.
