MCALLEN, Texas - The Rio Grande Guardian has posted another story about the Hidalgo County Prosperity Task Force.
In the story, Felida Villarreal, president and CEO of Valley Initiative for Development and Advancement, says she is pleased to working closely with the Prosperity Task Force.
Villarreal said Hidalgo County Judge Richard Cortez is a “huge advocate for VIDA’s program of investing in human capital to address some of the poverty challenges that our region faces.”
