MLB: Women Without Borders

To coincide with the summit, MLB announced a new logo and identity: MLB: Women Without Borders.

The group said it captures the spirit of binational women leading with purpose, strength, and vision.

“This new branding represents more than a visual change. It reflects our commitment to building a community where women transcend borders, collaborate boldly, and shape the future of leadership across the U.S.–Mexico region,” MLB said.

“Rooted in the vision of our founders, Ingrid Ulloa and Astrid Salazar, MLB continues to grow as a platform that celebrates, connects, and empowers women at every stage of their leadership journey. A new identity. The same mission — amplified. MLB: Women Without Borders.”
