MCALLEN, Texas - The Texas Water Foundation recently held its two-day 2025 Rio Grande/Rio Bravo Binational River Symposium at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in McAllen.
One of the panels was titled: Where Are We Going From Here.
Panel moderator Enrique Prunes, Rio Grande Manager for World Wildlife Fund, asked panelists their vision for the Rio Grande in 2050.
The panelists were: Marilyn D. Gilbert, general manager and CEO of Brownsville Public Utilities Board, Dante Galeazzi, president and CEO of Texas International Produce Association, and Jorge Luis Lopez Martinez, president of Consejo Estatal Agropecuario.
