MCALLEN, Texas - The Texas Water Foundation recently held its two-day 2025 Rio Grande/Rio Bravo Binational River Symposium at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in McAllen.
One of the panel discussions was titled: The Current State of the Rio Grande. Among the panelists was John Beckham, managing director of the North American Development Bank, and famed Rio Grande Valley irrigator Sonny Hinojosa. The panel was moderated by TWF CEO Sarah Schlessinger.
