EDINBURG, Texas - Esperanza Homes, in partnership with Rhodes and the Edinburg Chamber of Commerce, recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for two new communities, Sapphire at La Sienna and Villas at La Sienna.

The event took place on Thursday, October 16 at 4401 La Sienna Pkwy in Edinburg. Among the speakers were Nick Rhodes, president and CEO of Esperanza Homes, Shant Samtani, vice president of sales for Esperanza Homes, and Ramiro Garza, mayor of Edinburg.

Organizers said the ceremony marked the commencement of construction on two distinct communities designed to meet the diverse needs of homebuyers.

“Sapphire at La Sienna will feature premier new homes from Esperanza Homes’ Hearth and Homestead home collections. This community is designed for family living, boasting amenities such as an exclusive clubhouse, a community pool, a fitness center, sports courts, and more,” a press release from Esperanza Homes stated. “The Hearth Home Collection offers spacious, traditional designs, while the Homestead Home Collection provides grander living on larger homesites with luxury features.”

Villas at La Sienna, on the other hand, “introduces a lifestyle where luxury meets tranquility,” Esperanza Homes states. “This community will showcase energy-efficient homes from the exclusive Villas Home Collection, tailored for those who value style and convenience. Situated next to a scenic pond, residents will enjoy serene walking trails and a low-maintenance lifestyle. The community offers convenient access to N. Expressway 281, connecting residents to nearby parks, retail, and dining.”

Rhodes, president of Esperanza Homes, said his company is committed to building high-quality homes for families in South Texas.
