MCALLEN, Texas - McAllen Bridge Board held its monthly meeting at McAllen City Hall on Nov. 10, 2025.
Superintendent of Bridges Juan Olaguibel gave a report on bridge crossings and revenues for the Hidalgo and Anzalduas international bridges.
The four cities that have a stake in the bridges are McAllen, Mission, Hidalgo, and Granjeno.
Among the bridge board members are McAllen Mayor Javier Villalobos, former McAllen Mayor Jim Darling, and former McAllen City Commissioner Veronica Vela Whitacre.
