BROWNSVILLE, Texas - The city of Brownsville held a groundbreaking ceremony for its upcoming Embassy Suites by Hilton Hotel on Oct. 27.
The ceremony was held at the hotel's future development site on 3301 Pablo Kisel Blvd and Springmart Boulevard. It is expected to be 95-feet high with 170 rooms, making it the city's tallest hotel.
Chief Executive Officer of Ruby Red Hospitality, Barry Patel, gave the Rio Grande Guardian an interview on the site's development.
