BROWNSVILLE, Texas - The five commissioners on the Brownsville Navigation District (BND) have each narrated a short video about the Port of Brownsville’s successes and future plans.
So has William Dietrich, the port director and CEO.
Here is how they concluded their remarks in their videos.
