BROWNSVILLE, Texas - Musician Emilio Santos Zermeño is the founder and leader of award-winning mariachi band, Mariachi 7 Leguas.
The band performed recently at the 5th Annual Art of the Giving Banquet, held at the Creative Arts Studio in San Juan. The funds raised are going towards the efforts of Hidalgo City Council Member Augusto Contreras to build a Rio Grande Valley Conservatory of the Arts.
