“This is in San Benito. This is a TXDOT roadway as well and we're talking about going from Business 77 going north, past San Jose Ranch Road,” he said. “The county just completed San Jose Ranch Road about a year, year and a half ago. And so, this is to our capacity, going from two lanes to go to four lanes.”

Sepulveda said the road would be taken to Rio Hondo to FM 106 and then eventually connect to the new road coming from Edinburg all the way to the new causeway.

Williams Road (North)

This project consists of an expansion from 2 lanes to 4 lanes with a continuous left turn lane. Project limits are from Business 77 to San Jose Ranch Road in San Benito.

Williams Road (South)

This project consists of a new location road on the south side of I-69E to South Parallel corridor in San Benito. The project will require the acquisition of right of way.
