PHARR, Texas - Lilvette Santos, economic business development director for Pharr Economic Development Corporation, spoke at the recent IWS4.
Her presentation was titled “Discovering the Opportunities.” In her remarks, Santos gave some of the reasons why the land developers and investors in the audience should consider Pharr for their next project. She gave a breakdown on the tax incentives the Pharr EDC offers and proudly stated that Pharr was for open for business.
Pharr EDC has now hosted four Industrial Warehouse Summits. IWS4 was held at the Pharr Development and Research Center.
