MCALLEN, Texas - The CEO Group met privately at the McAllen Country Club on Nov. 7 to further discuss the RioPlex project.
The idea is to market the Rio Grande Valley and Northern Tamaulipas region around the world as RioPlex.
One of those in attendance was Robert L. Lozano, owner of Lynn Lee, Inc., DQs, and the newly appointed chairman of Hidalgo County Regional Mobility Authority.
