BROWNSVILLE, Texas - CODEM (Matamoros Economic Development Committee) is a nonprofit, private sector group that aims to bring economic development success to Matamoros, Tamaulipas.
Its president is René Xavier González, director of business development and marketing at SIDEE Construction.
