EDINBURG, Texas - It was a tradition in Hidalgo County during early voting for former Hidalgo County Democratic Party chair Ramon Garcia to hold a Get Out the Vote rally or pachanga in the parking lot of his law office in Edinburg.
Due to Garcia's ill health that tradition ended five years ago. It was resurrected this year. Garcia's son, Orlando Garcia, spoke at this year's rally.
