The panel was titled: “Nearshoring the Valley: Industrial Development Trends in the RGV.” Ramiro Gonzalez, OrigoWorks’ director of development, moderated the panel discussion. “As more manufacturers move operations closer to the U.S., demand for warehouse and industrial space in Cameron County is rising fast.
