MCALLEN, Texas - South Texas College professor Mark Murray is running for McAllen City Commission.
If elected by the voters he will fill the unexpired term of Commssioner Seby Haddad, who is now running for State Representative.
Murray sat down for an in-depth discussion on his candidacy with the Rio Grande Guardian. He explained why he thinks he is the best candidate, his platform and what he is hearing from voters.
Towards the end of the interview he was slightly critical of his two opponents.
