MCALLEN, Texas - The McAllen Economic Development Corporation and Hidalgo County Appraisal District are co-hosting a workshop on the Freeport Tax Exemption program.
The event takes place at the McAllen EDC offices on Wednesday, January 31st.
The two groups say those attending the workshop will learn the ins and outs of the the Freeport Tax Exemption program. They will also learn how the exemption could “significantly benefit” some companies. Those attending will also be able to explore the step-by-step application process.
