Today we take the next step in bringing American shipbuilding back.

The future home of Port Alpha. Brownsville, Texas.

For decades, America walked away from the industrial base that once made us the greatest shipbuilder in the world. We handed that lead to others. Rebuilding it won't be easy. It takes real investment, and the guts to throw out the old playbook and build ships a completely different way. That's the whole point of Port Alpha.

We're building a shipyard that doesn't exist anywhere in the world today. Advanced manufacturing, software defined production, and autonomy, at a scale nobody's attempted. This is how we win it back.

We spent a year searching the entire country before we landed on Brownsville. Thank you to Governor Greg Abbott, the State of Texas, Cameron County, the Port of Brownsville, and the whole Brownsville community for going all in with us. There wasn't a better location or a more supportive government to partner with to turn this generational project into a reality, and fast! We'll break ground in '26 and be operational by '28 because that is what our Country needs. Where else is that possible?

And a huge shoutout to our team. The people who show up every single day to build the products that are reshaping the entire maritime industry and changing the world.

Let's Build!
