MCALLEN, Texas – The CEO Group met privately at the McAllen Country Club on Nov. 7 to further discuss the RioPlex project.
The idea is to market the Rio Grande Valley and Northern Tamaulipas region around the world as RioPlex.
One of those in attendance was Jesus Gonzalez, co-owner of NIU Urban Living in McAllen.
After the meeting concluded, Gonzalez gave the Rio Grande Guardian International News Service an exclusive interview. Here it is:
