MCALLEN, Texas - Javier Herrera García is CEO of Monterrey-based Aerus, a regional airline established in 2022.
Herrera was at McAllen International; Airpot on March 12 to announce new daily nonstop flights between Monterrey and McAllen. He said the introductory fare would start at $185 one way, including taxes.
“This new route represents far more than a simply new fight. It represents a bridge between two communities that have long been closely connected, economically, culturally and socially,” Herrera said.
