MCALLEN, Texas - Arlina Larson is president of Edinburg Rotary Club. In a recent interview with the Rio Grande Guardian, Larson spoke about the work her group does in Edinburg and reviews the 2026 annual conference of Rotary District 5930, which took place in McAllen.
