MCALLEN, texas - Felida Villarreal, president and CEO of Valley Initiative for Development & Advancement, otherwise known as VIDA, has announced her candidacy for McAllen City Commission.
She is running for District 5, to fill a seat left vacant by City Commissioner Seby Haddad.
