Through this health fair, DHR Health aims to equip community members with preventive care and health knowledge, empowering them to make informed decisions and to take control of their health and well-being. Many chronic conditions that affect our region, including diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and liver disease, often develop without noticeable symptoms. Early detection through routine screenings can make a significant difference in long-term health outcomes.
