The charts below show the wage rates in all the industries in the two counties in 2022 and a comparison to 2021. We will bring more recent numbers soon.
The charts show that per capita personal income in Cameron County is higher than that in Hidalgo County. The per capita income in Cameron County in 2023 was $38,523 per year, as compared to $34,373 in Hidalgo County.
