WESLACO, Texas - The Rio Grande Guardian International News Service recently secured an in-depth interview with Hidalgo County Commissioner David Fuentes about water reclamation and drainage.
However, Fuentes broadened the conversation to include transportation, specifically the Nolana Loop Expansion.
