As we step into a brand new year, we want to take a moment to say thank you to our partners, supporters, and community, for walking alongside AltaCair. Because of you, 2025 was a year of collaboration, access, and meaningful impact across the Rio Grande Valley.
We're ready to make 2026 our most impactful year yet!
2025 Impact at a Glance
A look at some of the things we accomplished together last year:
* Served 250+ Families
* Launched the Community Care Closet in collaboration with Hidalgo County Precinct 4
* Hosted 10 Cluster Meetings with 50+ attendees from healthcare, education, government, nonprofit, faith-based and business sectors.
* Launched 911 “Know Your Address” Campaign
* Hosted the 3rd Annual largest Health Summit in South Texas, Accelerator.
* Activated a thriving ecosystem of 150+ partners
These numbers represent real people, real access, and real progress, and we're just getting started.
Celebrating Community & Gratitude
