BROWNSVILLE, Texas - Valley Interfaith held a town hall meeting recently to allow residents to voice their complaints about having to live with all the dust that emanates from the Milwhite industrial plant on South Padre Island Highway in Brownsville.
The residents want the company to move to another location. Their concerns were heard by City of Brownsville Mayor John Cowen, Brownsville City Commissioner Linda C. Macias and city staff.
