MCALLEN, Texas - The CEO Group met at the McAllen Country Club on Nov. 7 to further discuss the RioPlex project.
The idea is to market the Rio Grande Valley and Northern Tamaulipas region around the world as RioPlex.
One of those in attendance was Astrid Salazar, director of government relations for Commodities Integrated Logistics.
