HARLINGEN, Texas - The City of Harlingen is inviting residents to kick off the holiday season with the 39th Annual Lighting of the Arroyo.
“Enjoy food, music, live performances, and photos with Santa as we light up McKelvey Park for the most festive night of the year,” say city staff.
The event takes place from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., on Thursday, Dec. 4.
