Podcast: Telles, Torres and Arriaga discuss the Upper RGV’s shortage of warehouse space

MCALLEN, Texas – The law firm of Atlas, Hall & Rodriguez in McAllen, which celebrates its 70th Anniversary later this year, recently hosted a luncheon with two guest speakers.

Salvador Contreras discussed the local banking industry. Contreras is a professor and associate dean for graduate and professional programs UT-Rio Grande Valley’s Robert C. Vackar College of Business & Entrepreneurship.

Carlos Telles, a first vice president broker in CBRE’s McAllen office, discussed the availability of industrial warehouse space in the upper Rio Grande Valley.

After the luncheon, the Rio Grande Guardian International News Service interviewed Telles, along with customs broker Jorge A. Torres and realtor Adrian Arriaga. The subject was the need for more industrial warehouse space in the upper Valley.
