EDINBURG, Texas – Each of the four Edinburg city council members were featured in Mayor Ramiro Garza’s 2023 State of the City Address.
Place 1 council member Daniel ‘Dan’ Diaz appeared in a video that discussed economic development. Place 2 council member Jason De Leon appeared in a video that discussed arts and entertainment. Place 3 council member Johnny Garcia appeared in a video that discussed drainage and public works. And Place 4 council member and Mayor Pro Tem David White appeared in a video that discussed public safety.
