BROWNSVILLE, Texas – Michele Porrino, who was born and raised in Italy, is executive director of the World Trade Center (WTC) Premium Industrial Park in San Luis Potosí. He has been working in the Mexican industrial market for over 30 years, specializing in real estate developments.
He is active member of AMPIP, the Mexican Association of Industrial Parks.
Porrino recently spoke at a SelectUSA-Grearter Brownsville Incentives Corporation event in Brownsville. His power point presentation concentrated on the massive, state-of-the-art, industrial park his company has built in San Luis Potosí.
Companies from 11 different countries have manufacturing and/or logistical operations within the park, which is regarded as one the best in Mexico.
Porrino also spoke briefly about a new industrial park his company is building in Brownsville.
