HARLINGEN, Texas – Marv Esterly, aviation director at Valley International Airport, says good things will come from the strategic plan currently being developed for the airport.

In an exclusive interview with the Rio Grande Guardian International News Service, Esterly says the plan is being crafted by Nicolás J. Mirman, director of air service and business development.

“Nicholás Mirman is our new director of air service development. He has really hit the ground running this year. He has been all over the United States. He has been at every conference talking with the carriers, thinking of new ideas, putting a strategic plan together. There’s going to be good things coming out of that,” said Esterly, pictured above.
