MCALLEN, Texas – Anita Bedford, director of experiential learning at Dallas College, attended a recent Texas Workforce Commission conference on apprenticeships held at the McAllen Convention Center.
During the conference, TWC Commissioner Julian Alvarez, a Rio Grande Valley native, recommended an interview with Bedford. He said great things are happening at Dallas College.
