WESLACO, Texas – U.S. Rep. Vicente Gonzalez says the Rio Grande Valley has never been as much negative TV advertising as there has in this election season.

In a video interview with the Rio Grande Guardian, Gonzalez said many of the attack ads directed towards him are false. He said he has no connection to drug cartels and does not save his money in communist banks in China.
