MCALLEN, Texas – Anthony J. Sarelli, owner of Valley TV RGV, video recorded, for the Rio Grande Guardian International News Service, a number of the speeches and presentations made at the recent Futuro RGV Forum, “Building a Thriving RGV.”
The forum was held to promote the work of the Hidalgo County Prosperity Task Force and was held at South Texas College’s Pecan Campus in McAllen. The Task Force was formed by Hidalgo County Judge Richard Cortez to address the Rio Grande Valley’s high levels of poverty.
