REYNOSA, Tamaulipas – National and local leaders of Index have been meeting in Reynosa this week to discuss near-shoring, logistics, and labor issues.
Index is the trade association for the maquiladora industry.
Among those in attendance were Luis Hernandez, president of Index Mexico, and Raúl Setién, president of Index Reynosa.
Following a news conference held by Hernandez and Setién, the Rio Grande Guardian International News Service secured an interview with the Index Mexico president. Here it is:
