MCALLEN, RGV – Recently, South Texas College hosted the 7th Annual Binational Innovation Conference at its technology campus in McAllen.
Experts from both sides of the border analyzed the United States-Mexico-Canada trade agreement, how it differs from the North American Free Trade Agreement and how South Texas can benefit from the new pact.
