BROWNSVILLE, Texas – Brownsville attorney and Justice of the Peace Jonathan Gracia is running for the open Texas House District 38 seat.
The seat is open because state Rep. Eddie Lucio, III, has announced he is retiring.
Recently, Gracia sat down for an interview with Rio Grande Guardian editor Steve Taylor.
