IBC Bank-McAllen is promoting higher education by awarding a combined $22,000 in scholarships to 22 Hidalgo County high school graduates as they prepare for college. The students were awarded the A.R. Sanchez, Sr. Memorial Scholarship Award at a reception at the McAllen Chamber of Commerce offices.
