EDINBURG, Texas – The land in Edinburg where legendary bail bondsman Fred Regalado used to have his 4 Aces Bail Bonds business is up for sale.

Regalado’s office burned down in January 2011 and the lot, on S. Closner Boulevard, has remained vacant ever since. Now, says Mari Regalado, the company president, it is up for sale.

“We built the office in 1996 and were based there for 14 years. We have lots of wonderful memories but we feel it is time to let it go,” Regalado said.

The lot is 0.2258 acres in size, or 9,838 square feet. The prior office was 2,808 square feet.

“We think it is an excellent location for a law office. The current asking price is $250,000. If anyone is interested, please call us at 956-316-0909 or email us at [email protected],” Regalado added.
