State Senator Eddie Lucio, II, claims Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick is the best lieutenant governor since Bob Bullock!
Senator Lucio did not ask hundreds of thousands of low-income Texas women, millions of environmentalists, millions of strong public school advocates and millions skeptical about loosened weapons rules if this was their assessment.
Senator Lucio’s opinion once more indicates how removed he is from the need for a progressive (blue state) Texas.
