WESLACO, RGV – La Unión del Pueblo Entero is pressing Hidalgo County Commissioners Court to find the money to help alleviate flooding in local colonias.
Halff & Associates was commissioned to study drainage issues in selected colonias. LUPE community organizer Martha Sanchez discussed the study and what LUPE hopes to see happen next in an interview with videojournalist Apol Sandoval, Jr. The video was edited by Ena Capucion.
