MCALLEN, Texas – Futuro RGV is hosting a Community Involvement Fair at the McAllen Public Library on April 20.
The event will be held in meeting room AB at the library from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
“Come and learn from local community organizations about volunteering and giving back to Hidalgo County,” said Futuro RGV board member Thomas Ray Garcia.
Among the nonprofits that will be in attendance are: Angels of Love, Capable Kids, College Scholarship Leadership Access Program, E&C Literacy, Hope Family Health Center, Keep McAllen Beautiful, McAllen Rotary Club, Renaissance Cancer Foundation, South Texas College Political Science Club, and Village in the Valley.
