Fred Regalado passes away

PHARR, Texas – Famous South Texas bail bondsman Fred Regalado has passed away after a long illness.

He was 64.

Regalado ran Edinburg-based 4 Aces Bail Bonds for many years.

Alfredo “Fred”Regalado

PHARR, Texas- Alfredo Regalado Luna Jr., 64, entered eternal rest on Sunday, May 21, 2023 in Pharr surrounded by his family. Mr. Regalado was preceded in death by his father, Alfredo Regalado Sr.

Mr. Regalado is survived by his wife, Maria Regalado; three children, Jessica Regalado Finegan, Rosa Alicia Regalado and Alfredo Regalado III; four grandchildren, Joseph Anthony Halloran Jr., Bruce Gary Finegan Jr., Gazelle Kim Finegan and Gio Finegan.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. prayer service, Monday, May 29, 2023 at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Chapel service will be at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens in Mission.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
